FONOVER Quality Plan  is a valid technological reference, technically updated and based on the high-level of design know-how and on the wide experience matured by FONOVER in its forty years of experience.  
At first order the Quality assurance fills in a Quality Plan with customers name.
This identifies every technical difference from the FONOVER Quality Plan, both for the parameters of acceptability, and her productive rules.
Every specific name, valid for all the circuits or for just one, is discussed, approvered and recovered in the custumers's Quality Plan.
 
The Quality Plans are diffused at all company levels and instructs all the process steps, from order confirmation down to delivery.
 
The Politics of the Quality of the FONOVER has as fundamental objective the realization of the planned activities and systematic necessary to guarantee the maintenance and the improvement of the Quality of the products and the furnished services for the final satisfaction of the Clients. Such politics is applied through:  

• We respect some contractual prescriptions related to the characteristics and to the reliability of the furnished products, to their completeness, and to the terms of delivery; 
• We improvement of the productive trials, the optimization of the costs and the reduction of the terms of delivery; 
• The prevention of any situation that can condition the reputation of the Society adopting opportune procedures that constantly assure the conformity of the products and the offered services,; 
• The full responsabilizzations of all the people that operates in Firm so that each, for the assigned assignments, garrisons effectively the objectives of realization of the Quality in every activity it turns; 
• Realization and the control of the productive trials in the respect of the normative international for the guardianship and maintenance of the environment and in accord with the laws and the applicable rules to the goals of the prevention and safety.
